Staff are told about every change
When you add, move, change or cancel a shift, the staff member gets an email with the full details and a button to open their rota. If you move a shift to someone else, both people are told. Fewer missed shifts, fewer phone calls.

The right access for everyone
Staff see and add their own shifts. Team leads, support and admins see every rota and can edit or cancel shifts. The rules are checked on the server, not just in the app.
